Eligibility and Age Restrictions
- Legal age: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old. It is a criminal offence for anyone under the age of 18 to gamble in Great Britain.
- Location: These Terms apply only to players located in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). You must not access the Website or place bets from any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where the Operator does not accept players.
- Exclusions: You must not register if you are registered with the GamStop self-exclusion scheme or with any other relevant self-exclusion service that covers the Website. The Operator will take reasonable steps to prevent you from using the Services if you are self-excluded, but you must also avoid all attempts to circumvent such measures.
- One account only: You may only open and use one Account on the Website. Duplicate, shared, or third-party accounts are prohibited and may be closed, with Bonuses cancelled and, where appropriate, winnings voided.
Account Creation and Verification (KYC)
- Registration data: When creating an Account you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and other details requested on the registration form.
- Mandatory verification: In line with UKGC requirements, the Operator must verify your identity (and may need to verify your source of funds) before allowing you to deposit, gamble, or withdraw. You may be asked to provide identification documents such as a passport, national ID card, driving licence, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method.
- Ongoing checks: The Operator may conduct additional checks at any time, for example when you reach certain deposit or withdrawal levels, or where required by anti-money laundering or affordability rules. Until such checks are completed your Account may be temporarily restricted.
- Failure to provide information: If you do not provide the requested information or documents, or if the Operator is unable to verify them, your Account may be suspended or closed, and any Real Money Balance may be dealt with in accordance with Applicable Law and these Terms.
User Obligations and Account Security
- Accuracy of data: You are responsible for keeping your Account details accurate and up to date. Any changes to your name, address, contact details, payment methods or other key information must be notified to the Operator promptly.
- Login credentials: You must keep your username, password and any other security credentials confidential, and you must not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activity on your Account, including any bets placed, unless the Operator has failed to implement reasonable security measures.
- Third-party use: You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, including any minors or self-excluded persons. You must immediately notify the Operator if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.
- Responsible gambling: You agree to use the gambling management tools provided on the Website, including deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs and Self-Exclusion, where you consider them necessary. The Operator may apply limits or restrictions to your Account where it considers this appropriate for safer gambling reasons.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Participation in Games
- Offer and acceptance: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted once it has been registered on the Operator's servers and confirmed in your Account history. If you are unsure whether a Bet has been accepted, you should check your transaction history before placing another Bet.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game or betting market may have minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed within the Game or on the betting slip and may be changed from time to time. You are responsible for ensuring that any Bet you place complies with these limits.
- Game rules: Each Game has its own specific rules and pay-tables, which form part of these Terms. By participating in a Game you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
- Prohibited activities: You must not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, robotic, automated, or advantage-play strategies that give you or any third party an unfair advantage. Use of software to gain information not normally available to players, or to manipulate Games or betting markets, is strictly prohibited.
Bet Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions
- Obvious errors: In the event of an obvious error or mistake (for example, incorrect odds, technical errors in Game operation, or settlement errors clearly inconsistent with the factual outcome), the Operator may void the affected Bet, adjust the settlement to the correct terms, or take any other reasonable action in accordance with Applicable Law and the underlying Game rules.
- Malfunctions: If a Game or the Website malfunctions, all Bets affected by the malfunction may be void. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Any Real Money stake that has been deducted from your Account in respect of a void Bet will be returned.
- User disconnection: If you are disconnected from the Website while playing a Game, the outcome may still be determined by the Game server. The result recorded on the Operator's systems will be decisive. You can usually resume the interrupted Game or view the outcome in your Game history.
- No unjust enrichment: If funds are credited to your Account in error, including due to a technical fault or human mistake, you must notify the Operator immediately and you agree that such funds are not yours. The Operator may reverse any such credit and correct your balance.
Conduct in Live Casino and Communications
- Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully towards dealers, other players and staff in any live casino environment, chat function, or communication channel. Any abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing language or behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- No promotion or solicitation: You must not use chat or communication tools to advertise or promote any products or services, to solicit other players, or to share illegal or inappropriate content.
- Monitoring and sanctions: The Operator may monitor communications and chat sessions and may remove messages, restrict chat access, suspend or close Accounts, or take other appropriate action in response to misconduct.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Separate Bonus Policy: All Bonuses and Promotions are governed by these Terms and by the detailed Bonus Policy available on the Website (currently accessible at the dedicated bonus policy page). In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms and the Bonus Policy will prevail for that Promotion.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available only to newly registered or invited existing players located in Great Britain who meet the stated eligibility criteria. The Operator may limit or withdraw Bonus availability at its discretion and may restrict certain players from receiving Bonuses for safer-gambling or risk reasons.
- Bonus credits: Bonuses are credited to your Account as Bonus Balance and are not withdrawable until all applicable conditions have been met. Bonuses may be subject to activation requirements, such as entering a bonus code or opting in.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Wagering: Bonuses and any winnings derived from them are usually subject to wagering requirements, as described in the Bonus Policy and in the specific Promotion terms. Clause 5.1 of the Bonus Policy sets out important information on how wagering requirements are calculated and applied.
- Game contribution: Different Games may contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements (for example, some slots may contribute 100%, while table games may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all). The applicable contribution rates are set out in the Bonus Policy and/or promotional terms.
- Time limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the relevant Promotion (for example, within a set number of days from activation). If the timeframe expires, the Bonus and any winnings that have not met the requirements may be forfeited.
- Maximum stakes and winnings: Specific Promotions may impose a maximum permitted Bet per spin/round while wagering a Bonus and/or a cap on the amount that can be won or converted from Bonus funds to Real Money. These limits are detailed in the Bonus Policy and/or each Promotion's terms.
Prohibited Bonus Practices and Combining Promotions
- Irregular play: The Operator may restrict or withhold Bonuses and associated winnings where it reasonably believes you have engaged in "bonus abuse" or irregular play, including but not limited to placing low-risk bets, hedging bets, collusive play, or using multiple accounts to exploit Promotions.
- Game restrictions: Certain Games or Game types may be excluded from Bonus wagering or may only be played with Real Money while a Bonus is active. Any attempt to circumvent such restrictions may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and related winnings.
- Combining Promotions: Unless expressly permitted, Promotions cannot be combined. You may usually participate in only one welcome offer at a time, and any attempt to claim overlapping Promotions may result in cancellation of one or more Bonuses.
- Bonus cancellation: You may request that an active Bonus be cancelled, subject to losing the Bonus and any winnings derived from it that have not yet been converted into Real Money. The Operator may also cancel or adjust Bonuses where required by Applicable Law, regulatory instructions, or to correct errors.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Accepted methods: Deposits may be made using accepted Payment Methods such as debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets or other methods listed in the cashier section. The Operator does not permit the use of credit cards for gambling payments by UK players, in line with UKGC requirements. Certain methods, including cryptocurrencies, may not be available or may be restricted for UK players.
- Ownership of funds: You may only use Payment Methods that are in your own name and for which you are the lawful account holder. Use of third-party Payment Methods is prohibited and may result in refunds to the original source and/or Account closure.
- Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section. You may also set personal deposit limits using the responsible gambling tools on the Website, which the Operator will apply from the next possible opportunity.
- Availability of funds: Deposited funds will normally be credited to your Account promptly once the Operator and/or payment provider confirms the transaction. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
Withdrawals
- General rules: Withdrawals can only be made from your Real Money Balance and, where applicable, from any Bonus funds that have met all wagering requirements and have been converted into Real Money in accordance with the Bonus Policy.
- Verification before withdrawal: The Operator may require you to complete additional verification checks (including identity, payment method ownership and source of funds checks) before processing withdrawals. Until such checks are completed, withdrawals may be delayed or withheld.
- Methods and limits: Withdrawals will generally be processed via the same Payment Method used for deposit, where possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are set out in the cashier section or in specific Promotion terms.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period once all checks have been completed. Actual receipt of funds will depend on your payment provider's processing times.
- Fees: Any applicable deposit or withdrawal fees will be clearly displayed in the cashier or notified in advance. The Operator will not charge hidden fees for standard payment processing.
Chargebacks, Refunds and Account Balances
- Chargebacks: You must not request a chargeback or otherwise reverse a deposit transaction without valid legal grounds. The Operator may suspend or close your Account and charge you for any reasonable costs arising from an unjustified chargeback.
- Refunds of Bets and Bonuses: Refunds of settled Bets are only made in exceptional circumstances, for example where a Bet is voided due to an error or malfunction. Bonuses are not refundable but may be cancelled in accordance with the Bonus Policy. Any refund policy described on the Website forms part of these Terms.
- Funds protection: In accordance with UKGC requirements, the Operator keeps customer funds separate from company funds in a way that offers a medium level of protection in the event of insolvency, as defined by the UKGC. Further information on the UKGC's ratings of customer funds protection is available on the Gambling Commission's website.
- Dormant and inactive accounts: If your Account is inactive for a prolonged period, it may be treated as dormant in line with Applicable Law and any dormant Account policy published on the Website. The Operator will take reasonable steps to contact you before applying any dormant Account procedures.

However, minor inaccuracies or typographical errors may occur and do not give rise to liability beyond the correction or voiding of affected Bets.
- Service availability: The Operator will take reasonable steps to keep the Website and Services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or matters beyond its reasonable control.
Exclusions and Limits
- Events beyond control: The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including failures of telecommunications, internet service providers, equipment, power, or third-party systems.
- Indirect loss: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, data, business, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
- Maximum liability: Subject to any non-excludable statutory rights, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any Bet, Game or event shall not exceed the amount of the stake or buy-in that you placed on the relevant Bet or Game, or the amount actually paid by you to participate in that event, whichever is lower.
- No exclusion of mandatory rights: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and the Services, including but not limited to its design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, domain names, software, audio-visual content and Games, are owned by the Operator, its group companies, licensors, or third-party suppliers.
- Limited licence: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Website and the Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

- Data retention: Your data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and as required by Applicable Law, which may extend for several years after your Account has been closed.
- Your rights: Subject to Applicable Law, you have rights in relation to your personal data, including access, rectification, restriction, and, in some circumstances, erasure and portability. Details of how to exercise these rights are provided in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law or regulatory requirements, to adjust the Services, or for other valid business reasons.
- Notification: Where changes are material, the Operator will give you reasonable notice by appropriate means, which may include email, account messaging, pop-up notifications, banners on the Website, or other prominent communication channels.
- Acceptance of changes: Continued use of the Website or the Services after the changes have taken effect will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account.
